Enroll Arkansas for Traditional Public Schools
Enroll Arkansas is a nonprofit initiative that was originally designed to modernize and streamline the application and enrollment processes for Arkansas open-enrollment charter schools. We are now offering the enrollment side of OneApp to select traditional public schools.
By joining, your school will gain access to tools that simplify enrollment tasks, including:
- A centralized online platform where families can easily enroll at your school.
- A system that supports direct communication with families.
- Integration with Arkansas’ state-hosted eSchool system, ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow.
Why Participate in Enroll Arkansas?
Here’s what your school can expect:
- Free access to OneApp. OneApp is our online platform for managing enrollments.
- Individualized training. We’ll meet with your school virtually or in person to teach you how to use OneApp.
- Support with family outreach. Enroll Arkansas will help promote your school and its new simplified enrollment process to ensure families are informed.
- Streamlined enrollment. OneApp is integrated with the state’s eSchool system, reducing administrative burdens.
The pricing model is based on current student enrollment.
How to Get Started
Interested in joining the Enroll Arkansas program and using OneApp to streamline your school’s enrollment process? It’s simple to get started! Just follow these three steps:
Complete the Program Enrollment Form. This form collects essential details about your school, allowing us to set you up in our system. Complete the Program Enrollment Form
Sign and Return the Data Agreement. This agreement ensures compliance with Arkansas’ student data privacy laws, which is required for participation. Sign and Return the Data Agreement
Sign and Return the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU formalizes your school’s participation in the program and must be signed by your school’s Superintendent or CEO in order to proceed. Sign and Return the MOU
Once these three forms are completed and returned, we’ll get in touch with you to finalize your school’s participation and provide next steps!
